The Community Health Plan is one of five Plan Partners contracting with L.A.
Care Health Plan, the Local Health Initiative for Medi-Cal Managed Care Program in Los Angeles County.
CHP has over 800 primary care physicians, over 600 pharmacies, including the chain of Rite-Aid stores,
and more than a thousand specialists in the Medi-Cal provider network.
Under the Medi-Cal Managed Care Program there is no cost to the member for covered services and no co-payments.
